Imagine you’re a client manager who works for a consultancy. Your company have recently implemented a hybrid working model and relocated their city centre headquarters. It’s Tuesday, one of the two days a week you’ve allocated to spend in the office. You’ve got a busy day ahead!
08:15 - Check In
Meet the Office Manager in reception, check the welcome greeting for your client visit later in the day, and organise handouts and refreshments.
11:00 - Brainstorm
Meet up in one of the project rooms with the rest of the presentation team to share some ideas for the lunchtime pitch.
12:30 - Prep
Settle into one of the Individual Pods to tweak a few presentation slides and do a couple of final practice runs.
14:15 - Lunch
Late lunch in the Dining Area with colleaugues from accounts. Sort out some client billing queries and review budgets for the rest of the year.
14:45 - Documents
Organise the spare materials from the presentation and drop them into your locker in the Storage Hub.
15:00 - Calls
Commandeer one of the Individual Booths. Respond to some of important voice messages, check in with home, and make a couple of personal calls.
